Green Smoothies that kids love

I just made a green smoothie that was promptly stolen by my two year old after one sip. Like he won't give me the cup back, and I have to wrestle him for sips.  Beside the fact it was my breakfast and I am still hungry, he is getting tons of vitamins and nutrients that are good for him. And he likes it!

Recipe:
1 banana
1 mango
1/2 cup strawberries 
2 cups washed spinach
1/3 cup almond milk
2 tsp flax meal

Cut up your fruit and stick in the freezer until solid. Then simply throw everything in the blender until smooth. Voila! It's delicious, healthy, and good for you( and your kids)
